Step 1: Submit the Consultation Form

Complete the consultation form and fill out all required fields. Be sure to include it with the pathology slides for review.

Step 2: Sending Your Materials

• For Patients: Work with your physician to ensure your completed form and slides are sent to our office.

• For Physicians: Submit the required materials on behalf of your patient.

Step 3: Processing and Diagnosis – FOR doctors

Once received, Dr. Epstein will analyze the slides and provide initial results within 24-48 hours. If delays arise, we will inform you promptly. The final report will be sent directly to the requesting physician.

Important Notice: Consultation requests must be submitted by a provider or institution. Patients cannot submit materials directly but should coordinate with their healthcare provider.
